When you contact us, you provide your name, company, email address, product interests and any message you choose to include. Please do not send sensitive personal information through this form.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, discuss product development and supply requirements, and maintain records of our business communications. Inquiry details are processed by our website hosting and email providers as needed to receive and respond to your message.

Website operation

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting and security services may process connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to operate and protect the website. Inquiry submissions use Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention. Cloudflare may process browser and connection signals to perform this verification. Our inquiry service uses a keyed hash of your IP address for short-lived rate limits; the raw IP address is not saved in our inquiry database.

Storage and your choices

Inquiry records whose notification has been accepted by our email provider are removed from the website database after 90 days by default. Undelivered inquiries are retained for follow-up. Business email correspondence may be kept for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business relationship. You may request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information by contacting luke@adimomo.com. We may retain records where needed for legal obligations or an ongoing business relationship.
